Earlier dolls were made by connecting body parts with an elastic cord or rubber band and certain dolls were made with walking mechanism, which was fitted inside doll’s body. Plastic dolls are cast out of pale plastic that is flesh-colored and then afterward painted with a flesh color which is slightly darker.
